After winning the 2009 Triple-A National Championship Game, the Durham Bulls knew that it was time for a facelift to their stadium. Their the request was simple – if it’s not brick, change it.
Being a long time baseball fan, I felt fortunate to lead a team of designers and art direct the revamp. We developed completely new entrance signs, awnings, window clings, directional and seat section signs.
Skip to opening day, 2010. It was very exciting to see not just a sign – but a full stadium of work that I art directed.
And bonus – I won a Gold Addy Award for it later that year!
